Cook
lasagna according to package directions.
Drain and set aside. In a skillet, cook
ground beef, celery, onion, and garlic until meat
is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain
fat. Stir in spices. Add cream and cream cheese. Cook and stir over low heat to
melt cheese. Stir in wine. Slowly add
cheddar and Gouda cheeses and heat until nearly
melted. Remove form heat. Stir
together cottage cheese and egg. Layer ½
the cottage cheese mixture and ½ the
mozzarella. Repeat. Bake uncovered in
a 375 oven for 30-40 minutes. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
